The use of desire, yearning, and HOPE are keys to “ascending” into a true version of YOU. As we move through these troubling and challenging times an intentional life may be your path to success in daily life and engagements with others.
As a people, humans, our toil during the recent medical tyranny has been great. Separation of the citizenry, at least six feet apart, wearing of masks, and the suppression of information through media and social networks have lowered the daily joy factor of many.
As we attempt to find a “new normal” a few suggestions on an intentional approach to life may be worth considering. The tools are easy. With a dedicated journal with the same pen used, daily use of the journal, and some observational habits - you will be on your way to days filled with amazement of manifestation - rather than a cycle of failed expectations.
The act of journaling is key. Time taken and the effort of visualizing the manifest goal of your intention - this process is driven by the ACTION of journaling. The HOPE felt as the intention comes to form on paper will drive the emotional you to engage in the manifest reality of your choosing.
The intention engine is driven by the power of emotions, the core of faith is love, and the true frequency of genetic repair (528hz specifically). Our bodies, minds, and souls are bombarded with messages of division, incitement of fear, and management by tyranny. The scarcity of resources around us should NOT be mirrored by a self-imposed scarcity WITHIN ourselves. A limitless fountain of energy lives within you, the spirit of the creator, should you only slow down and quietly observe.
Fasting is a very old practice and has many forms. Though traditionally seen as a “food thing” practiced by religious zealots, the sequestering of this practice around nutrition alone is a mistake. The ability to rely upon your INNER self, rather than the trappings of “success”, often shown in excess, is a learned ability. A habit of success must be learned and the denial of the trappings of the outer you and the engagement of the inner you require a change in habits.
An example of this - spend an hour a day in motion - WITHOUT your cell phone. Get away from technology and take a walk. Challenge another to a game of chess or checkers, a tactile board, not on a phone, is a good start. Weaning away from the swipe-left tech friends and back into real relationships is a part of living an intentional life. Engagement with others is required. We are social by nature.
The hurdle to success - is failed expectation. As children, we would stamp our feet and wail when denied. As adults, few have lost this habit. The tantrums show up as addiction, dysfunction in relationships, and unreasonable representations of “Self” in online communities. Becoming pleased with yourself, someone YOU like is the first step to unlocking the intention engine in your daily life.
1. Identify The Goal Or Desire
Identifying your desire is the first step in the intention-setting process. A desire, or goal, can have any level of significance. Specific goals like buying a new car, a thing or prize of some sort is a different type of intention than getting better at “living in the moment”
Understanding the feeling underneath the desire is more important than the outcome, or manifestation of the intention itself. Once we've identified the feeling the reinforcement of that feeling, or HOPE and intention, is recorded in a journal. A common place for recording our intentions. Remember - things not measured CANNOT be improved upon.
2. Does the REAL YOU line up with the YOU of your intention?
Goals are about doing, and intentions are about being,
Focusing on who you need to be to manifest your CHOSEN reality makes the process much smoother. Journaling your intentions, and visualizing the representation of that intention in action to paper, help define the manifestation of your intention.
The ACTION of intention is doing the work. Get off your ass and MOVE.
3. Visualize and define the challenges to your manifest intention
Setting an intention to .. lose weight .. and change NOTHING about the path that led to a displeasing figure must be addressed and modified.
For example the intention of fitness that is sustainable MUST include diet and exercise. The work must be done at a cellular level to support your intention. The TIME to manifest is directly related to the EFFORT of your intention. The two are inexorably tied together
4. So you act so you ARE
Often when challenged with the greeting “How are you today?” I will respond with .. “FANTASTIC, on purpose!”. This definition from your VERY POWERFUL mouth defines the state of you, your frequency, is defined by YOU.
The PURPOSE of you, or the intention engine of HOPE within you, is often a voice of timid begging, not the powerful voice of expectation of manifestation. Sitting and moping, a low-frequency attitude will only foster lower-frequency actions.
The ability to see the “Glass half full” rather than half empty is a learned behavior. Understanding how to live in an “Attitude of Gratitude” is key.
My answer to a half-full glass quandary - can we add ICE? The total volume difference (with ice) is very little .. the representation of resources, shockingly increased. The beverage also tastes better, the consuming act more enjoyable, with a cooldown of boiling emotion over failed expectations - the NOT receiving of a “Full Glass”.
5. Check the map of your journal to see where you are on the path to manifestation
Giving power to low-frequency thoughts and actions, a part of the cycle of failed expectations is a habit that must be broken. An ability to “look on the bright side” is a learned talent.
6. Identify the “Faith” part of your path
Identification of the part of the process of manifestation that sounds “crazy” or “unbelievable” - this is the part of your path that requires FAITH. With a small amount of concentrated faith, supported by action and motion, your intention takes form in the manifestation. The FAITH is in you and the higher part of you, not the “low frequency” loser, who is programmed to fail and suffer from expectations not met.
The higher the goal, the bigger the faith, and the greater the manifestation.
Success breeds success.
Those that heal with a touch, a phenomenon that is ancient and well documented, represent the GREATEST manifestation available. The YOU ARE HEALED moment is like no other, a true representation of FAITH and MANIFESTATION of that faith.
Put your faith in the part of YOU that is unbelievable, a part only you can touch, in your soul. That is the voice of manifestation for YOU. The Temple of your body houses your spirit and mind, the essence of you. Set yourself achievable expectations, it will happen if you have faith.
